Hi-

My name is Alex Contreras and I graduated from National Louis University in Chicago, IL with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and International Business.

I’m the owner of “Home by Home Professional Home Inspections”, a company located in Houston Texas.  We cover the city of Houston and all surrounding areas.   My Professional license # with the (TREC) Texas Real Estate Commission is 9311.

I’ve been involved in the construction/remodeling business most of my life (buying, selling and remodeling homes).   I had the opportunity to work for 14 years for a company selling, buying and distributing electronic components at the international level where paying attention to details, problem solving and excellent customer service was imperative.   I Also worked as Spanish interpreter for the Cook County criminal court house in Chicago, Illionois, where paying attention to detail was extremely critical.

Combining the above experience has led me to be one of the most professional, complete and thorough home inspectors in the industry with the skills to communicate with customers in English/Spanish as needed. 

I’ve had the experience to perform home inspections on homes worth from $50,000 to 1.5 Million.   So, I’ve seen a little bit of everything.
